Dyers woad
Isatis tinctoria Dyers woad (Isatis tinctoria) is an invasive plant. It is a native of Eurasia and was first detected in Utah in 1984. In certain locations the plant is classified as non-native and invasive weed. It is listed as a noxious weed by the agriculture departments of several states in the western United States. In Montana, it has been the target of an extensive, and largely successful, eradication attempt.
