Garden cornflower
Centaurea cyanus

Garden cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) is an invasive plant. It is a native of Europe and was first detected in Oklahoma in 1985.

In the past it often grew as a weed in crop fields, hence its name, but now it is considered a seed contaminant in crop seeds.
