Vine mealybug
Planococcus ficus Vine mealybug (Planococcus ficus) is an insect pest. It was first detected in California in 1994. This mealybug excretes copious honeydew that results in sooty mold growth and defoliation the result being the reduction of vine vigor, fruit set, growth and fouling of Fruit.
