Lure Notes:
The lures used for B. zonata surveys require specific equipment and certification of personnel, due to the necessary addition of an insecticide. For this reason, please consult with your Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) National Operations Manager for the Fruit Fly Program before ordering lures. The insecticide component is not available through the PPQ Survey Supply Ordering System. Please work with your PPQ National Operations Manager for the Fruit Fly Program for assistance in procuring the insecticide.
