Giant African Snail
Lissachatina fulica Giant African Snail (Lissachatina fulica) is a mollusk pest of plants and crops. It is a native of Africa and was first detected in California in the 1940's. The original infestation was eradicated and established populations are now only found in Hawaii, but may be found elsewhere as pets.
